Rene Cervantes

Rene Cervantes graduated from his home state university, UACH, with a CPA diploma. Rene began working for local accounting firms even before receiving his degree, and later was chosen by Deloitte, where he worked in the Auditing Division. He received an invitation to join a project in California 2020 that would assist American businesses in moving to Mexico. Rene gained a lot of expertise in a variety of fields, international trade, manufacturing, the American accounting system, internal controls, and taxes, as a result of the project's broad scope. Rene loves to cook and go fishing.

Juan Diaz

Juan Diaz graduated from UANL with a Bachelor of Science in systems engineering (Mexico). He has over 20 years of experience and has held the position of IT Regional Manager at organizations like DuPont. Juan eventually traveled to the US. He began his career in the manufacturing sector, putting all of his efforts into streamlining his clients' production processes through effective systems, cost analysis, and internal reorganization from a broad perspective. As a result, the entire company functions as one strong entity. Juan likes to travel and listen to music.

Pablo Meneses

He is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara, where he specializes in commercial law. With his knowledge in money laundering prevention, commercial law, protection of personal data, IT legal, imports and exports, real estate law, he helps his clients to generate the ideal strategies for the establishment and growth of their companies in Mexican territory.

Jesús Manzano

He is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara, who specializes in adapting financial and tax strategies in Mexico, helping his clients, both domestic and foreign, to establish the best strategy to streamline the tax and financial burden, avoiding, among other things, double taxation.

Ana Gonzalez

Ana graduated from the University of Chihuahua (Mexico) within the top ten of her class. While in school, she enjoyed Auditing and Taxes Classes, and she is planning to become an EA to help her clients with highly complex tax problems. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking.
